How does Accurate Vision deliver courtroom playback?
In the Los Angeles and surrounding areas, we often provide this service to our clients using our own operators.
For playbacks outside of the Los Angeles area, we use videographers in that area who are members of our network or, in many cases, we will refer you to someone in that area who specializes in courtroom playback services.
Whether Accurate Vision provides the service personally or refers you to someone is dependent upon the location of the playback and the availability of an operator for that time period.

How much does courtroom playback cost?
Accurate Vision quotes courtroom playback based on the half-day or full-day rate of our videographers.
There is no additional charge for the playback equipment except when an elaborate playback setup is required, in which case the equipment charges are quoted separately.
Half-day and full-day playback rates vary by geographic location.

Do you charge for playback operator "down time"?
Yes, our quoted rates apply for the full amount of time that the playback operator is at the site, regardless of whether the operator is on stand-by or actively playing the video.
